The Macallan at The Westcliff Hotel in South Africa

Proving that whisky drinkers south of the equator know how to enjoy The Macallan in style, The Westcliff Hotel played host to a memorable evening exploring the many facets of The Macallan and the exceptional oak barrels that give it its unique flavour and texture. Over 100 guests explored the flavours of The Macallan 10 and 15 year old Fine Oak, and The Macallan 12 and 18 year old  Sherry Oak, as well as being able to see and smell the various casks that impart the distinctive flavours to The Macallan.  Each whisky was paired with a selection of fork dishes, and was tasted in an area decorated and Read more
